Position Details:

• Duration: Mid-June to October 2024.
• Shifts: A mix of 12- and 24-hour shifts, averaging 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Engage in firefighting, emergency medical duties, rescue operations, maintenance, and fire prevention activities.

Qualifications:

• Certifications:
  • Minimum: Valid Oregon Driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, NFPA Firefighter 1, and Wildland Firefighter FFT2 or equivalent.
  • Preferred:  EMT, Driver Operator, Pumper Operator, Wildland Firefighter FFT1.
• Eligibility: Must pass Background Investigation, Drug Screen, and Physical Agility Tests.

Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $18.50 – $20.50 per hour, depending on qualifications.
