Additional defects, deficiencies, maintenance needs, or mechanical issues may exist that are currently unknown to the District. Bidders are solely responsible for conducting any inspections they deem necessary prior to submitting a bid and shall rely solely upon their own evaluation of the apparatus.

The District highly recommends that the apparatus be transported from District property by tow truck, trailer, or other qualified transport service.
